The Department has come in front to make news in the national and international print and electronic media several times.

The most magnificent media coverage is a the groundgreaking documentary of BBC World upon the work of the Department on Hib. They televised the documentary in their "Kill or Cure" series. The documentary has helped the decisioin makers a lot to go ahead overcoming their hesitancy.
